History
Born in the outlands to very young parents, Zira was raised under the thumb of her tyrannical grandmother, Siti. Siti was raised alongside her friends Dutu, Doti and Penina. She was abused by her grandmother, however, who also abused her father and mother. Naanda, her mother, got pregnant with her siblings and vowed to go to the place where her sister ruled: The pridelands. Naanda and Jamili were horrified when the cub was a male and a female. Hiding the baby, the lovers got away with this for two weeks before Zira's grandmother gave chase. Siti delivered a killing blow to her son and Zira had to say goodbye to everyone she knew and loved. All because of Chumvi.
Arriving in the pridelands after losing her father was tough for Zira but she befriended Scar which helped a great deal. Zira became his queen when he took over and gave birth to Nuka shortly after. Scar was disgusted with his offspring, infuriating Zira. Zira had Kovu shortly after making Scar think he was the father when really the father was someone else. Simba returned and Zira was thrown from her perch. Zira lie in wait but was exiled by Simba shortly after Scar's demise.
Meeting Simba's daughter gave Zira the idea to mold Kovu as a weapon to seduce her. She thought she had a small glimmer of hope when Kion wandered into the outlands. But his encounter ruined any chance she could pull the wool over his eyes. Now...Kovu's training intensifies...
Family Tree
Jamili (Father) Naanda (Mother) Kula (Sister) Chumvi (Brother) Sarabi, Diku, Dwala (aunts) Simba (cousin)
Kovu (Son) Nuka (Son) Vitani (Daughter)
Sample Post
She finished her musical number with a loud, whooping cackle. The female's ears flicked back as she let out another laugh. How Kovu had stayed asleep during that racket she'd never know. She added that to the list of things she had to train him about. He had to be alert. Waking from sleep as quick as lightning would be crucial. What if Simba figured him out and came for him in the night? No. She would not lose Kovu that way. Weakness is what killed her father. It would NOT kill her son...
