(ooc: November 2nd, mid-morning. Open to just Kiara, Tiifu, and myself.)
It had just rained a short while ago, and Zuri was taking her chance to step out onto the plains to try and enjoy herself. No hunting lessons, no tracking lessons... Just her and a nice bit of warm sunshine. Of course, Zuri wasn't alone. Oh, no. She'd invited Tiifu and Kiara to come along with her so they could sun themselves and just relax. A day for being girls never hurt anyone, right? And even the crown princess of the Pride Lands needed time to herself now and again. If King Simba and Queen Nala needed her for something, they could come find her. That was how Zuri thought, anyway. It also could be left to the Lion Guard to find them. Ono would see them a mile away, after all. But for right then? She and her two best friends could just relax and enjoy themselves.
"Tiifu, Kiara, hurry up," Zuri said as she craned her head back over her shoulder. "I know the best spot where we can relax out here! And I don't want it to get taken!" That would have been the worst, she thought. If they could have ended up losing their spot to some antelope or gazelle... Or Great Kings forbid, a zebra. Ick! Zuri wanted to just see for herself if the nice spot would be there still.
"It's around here somewhere. Near a big tree. That way we can relax in the shade if it gets too hot in the sun. Or if it rains again," she said. She didn't think it would rain again, but one never knew with the rainy season. It paid to pay attention to the signs around them.
