King's Messenger
Personality
Ignis regards everything with an amused gleam in her bi-colored eyes. She's lived for a long time and has the wisdom to share. Being a good judge of character she reads her targets, her targets being the ones she delivers messages to. Getting used to the new kings proves difficult, she's brutally honest, telling Diogenes in particular what's on her mind and potential suspicions of lion's she meets with. She knows he's paranoid, therefore she watches many kingdoms or sends some birds to do it for her if they return with satisfying news, she shares it happily with her king to sway his worries. She gets a spur of excitement from the reactions of her targets, something about declaring war or sour news that stirs an expression on their faces. It's amusing, especially the anger they immediately try to act upon her. It's never wise to mess with a bird that can carry off a cub and they can't fly after, not saying she would do it... it's just wise not to mess with them. Confident and calm, she assesses things rather cooly. Loyal to death, she adores her 'pride-mates' and will keep them safe to the best of her ability, she serves the kings without hesitation or argument.
History
Ignis, a Bearded Vulture chosen by Theseus's father among many hatchlings to be raised with the pride like some sort of cub. A tradition that has been within the family for an extremely long time. She was named for what her species reminded him of, fire and so Ignis was her title. Her parents happened to be the Chieftain pair so she had to be cared for by replacement parents to provide for the needy hatchling. Ignis had been raised among the pride as a sister, she ate with the lions and slept, it was to ensure a bond between them all. Her title is substantial and holds respect in many's eyes, she is to serve the kings in many ways while messenger being most prominent. Stamina and haste, two qualities that were vital for her and Ignis stayed true. She had been the face of many peace declarations and war. The kings of De Falsis Deis were kind to her, she had seen many rulers rise and fall through her years and hopes to advise and serve to the best of her ability. While politics concerns her little, she sends any message to anyone without a shred of fear. War, while it was bothersome was also exciting to see the mixture of emotions on their face when she soared into their land with such unsettling news, "The king of gods has declared war." Peace seemed another expression that pleased her, the relief washing over them and the urgent voice of agreement.
Ignis watchers she learns a lot from her vantage in the sky, while she isn't only sending messages, sometimes she's sent to observe the other prides. Mainly this is a request by the new second, Baldr who greatly appreciates her services.

Wings of smoldering ash carved into the air, sweeping limbs carrying her large physique over the terrain. Bi-colored crimson and white eyes stared downwards, tracing the land with eagerness. With a strong lurch of her wings, she allowed herself to be propelled further, the massive monolith angled in the distance, the Pridelands. Ebony beak curved into a crooked smirk, interested in how this 'king' dealt with negotiations. Her beloved master, her own king has requested her to summon the auburn-maned male to his lands for a talk. Ignis has met like this times before, her opinion beginning rather low, she expected nothing much from the young king.
Wind rattled her primaries, the fiery hues dancing along her outstretched appendage. Clicking her beak she circled, stalling her beats to angled downwards and prepare a journey down, riding the draft towards the face of the rock. Unleashing a piercing shriek, she demanded the presence of someone who will show her this king, she'll judge him for herself. With a casual hover, she sat elevated, eyes directed towards the yawning entrance with ebbing patience.
